Recently i have joined a new employer after my H1 transfer has been applied, today i have recieved approval notice and its approved until October 15 2007,

You know CIS may issue an RFE at any point in the AOS stage..wait and see what the RFE about and respond it accordingly...I think if you are going thru an Attorney he will receive the RFE letter followup with him..

One of the stand out football players for the United States Military Academy at West Point is junior Alejandro Villanueva, a Spaniard who played high school football in Belgium. The wide receiver is also the tallest player in all of college football - 6 foot, 10 inches. Villanueva will have to serve five years in the Army after graduating and will probably be deployed to Afghanistan or Iraq. Hopefully, he'll still be able to have a shot at the pros when he is finished.

I have a EB3 case from employer A, and an EB2 case as a future GC from employer B , and got the date ported from EB3 case to EB2 , got EAD and AP .Now I have started working for employer B on EAD, for the past 3 months, and now my contract might expire with the client and loose job, I have found an other job , but have to leave employer B, now my question is, can I file AC21 and leave my GC sponsoring company(employer B), or is it a very short time , and raise any doubts on being a "NO GOOD FAITH"case.Please help.All I 140's are approved.

Now that the I-485 gates have been opened, I would like to know what will happen to my spouse's H1B application pending before USCIS? Since I am planning on filing for I-485 for my spouse as well, will the H1B process make a difference? Or will the H1B approval cause any issues to the I-485 application?

I don't think so. One of my friend is in same situation. I feel 485 is filed after H1b so every thing is fine. But on which boat they need to travel is the question? you can't use H1 if you use EAD?

What is ADIT processing ?
On June 20, 2007, we mailed you a notice that we had registered this customer's new permanent resident status. Please follow any instructions on the notice. Your new permanent resident card should be mailed within 60 days following this registration or after you complete any ADIT processing referred to in the welcome notice, whichever is later. If you move before you get your new card call customer service. You can also receive automatic e-mail updates as we process your case. Just follow the link below to register.

If you have a phd, is it automatically EB1? or do the rules of employment should call for phd apply?
